Doritex Corp., a leading locally owned industrial laundry is seeking an operations administrator who excels in a fast paced environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills a must.




General Purpose

To provide outstanding customer service. To provide timely and accurate clerical administrative services. To provide internal administrative support to all areas within the company.


Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Representative, including follow up & resolution
  • Route Accounting Administration, including service notes
  • Direct Sale Invoicing
  • File Management, both physical and electronic
  • Maintain printers, copiers and fax machine
  • Office Supply Ordering
  • Produce weekly call log in excel for management report
  • Tracking of ABIS, promotional contests for Service Manager
  • On demand Excel reports for Service Manager
  • Manage Front End of Office, Includes:
    • conference room scheduling using Outlook
    • arranging lunches for tours and special meetings
    • mail sorting


  • Knowledge of office administration
  • Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
  • Data entry experience a plus


        Associate's degree in Business Administration helpful

        Proficiency in Excel Required
