Doritex Corp., a leading locally owned industrial laundry is seeking a front desk office administrator who excels in a fast paced environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills a must.

 

FRONT DESK OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

 

GENERAL PURPOSE

To provide outstanding customer service. To provide timely and accurate clerical administrative services. To provide internal administrative support to all areas within the company.

 

MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Service Representative, including follow up & resolution
  • Handle a volume of incoming phone calls on switchboard
  • Route Accounting Administration, including service notes
  • Direct Sale Invoicing
  • File Management, both physical and electronic
  • Maintain printers, copiers and fax machine
  • Office Supply Ordering
  • Produce weekly call log in Excel for management report
  • Tracking of ABIS, promotional contests for Service Manager
  • On demand Excel reports for Service Manager
  • Manage Front End of Office, Includes:
    • conference room scheduling using Outlook
    • arranging lunches for tours and special meetings
    • mail sorting

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of office administration
  • Advanced Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Knowledge of Powerpoint and Publisher a plus
  • Data entry experience a plus

Computer/Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office-- Word, Excel,Outlook, PowerPoint.  Experience in Publisher a plus. Demonstrates advanced proficiency by quickly adapting to new technology and easily acquiring new technical skills

Judgement Exhibits sound judgment and the ability to make reasonable decisions in the absence of direction. Swiftly refers problems/issues to the appropriate person(s) when necessary. Works effectively without constant and direct supervision or guidance. 

 

EDUCATION

Associate Degree in Business Administration or Office Administration preferred

 Proficiency in Excel Required
