Doritex Corp., a leading locally owned industrial laundry is seeking an operations administrator who excels in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills a must.

ROUTE ACCOUNTING OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Full Time – Monday thru Friday – 7:30 – 4pm

 

General Purpose

To provide outstanding customer service. To provide timely and accurate clerical administrative services. To provide internal administrative support to all areas within the company.

  • Route Accounting Administration
  • Fleet Administration
  • Administration of Management Reports
  • AP Tax noting
  • New Account Entry
  • New Account Onboarding
  • Processing Credit Applications
  • Monthly Newsletter
  • Office Backup as needed
  • File Management, both physical and electronic
  • On demand Excel reports
  • Project Management Administration

 

Experience

  • Knowledge of office administration
  • Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures and QuickBooks a plus
  • Route accounting experience a plus
  • Data entry experience a plus

 

Education

Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred

Proficiency in Excel Required
